We ship via UPS.
The cost of shipping varies depending on where the shipment is going and several other factors.
If you are not able to sign for your shipment or your address needs to be updated, please contact our Wine Club Manager prior to billing. There must be an adult 21+ to sign for the package. UPS will make three consecutive delivery attempts before returning your wines to us. If it is returned to Veritas, we will re-ship it at the cost of shipping and charge the card on file.
If after billing, a package needs to be redirected to a holding center or scheduled for a different delivery date, an additional fee will be incurred.
We will make every effort to accommodate updates to your account, but are not able to make shipping and delivery guarantees on behalf of UPS.
