Executive Chef Andy Shipman brings 25 years of experience and leads our in-house culinary team for events like Supper Series, Starry Nights, weddings, private events, and more. 

Each menu is crafted with you in mind and the season in which we are in. Bringing in locally-sourced produce, meats, and fish, our team is committed to serving you nothing they wouldn't serve themselves. Crack, pick, and taste Mid-Atlantic blue crabs, without leaving the mountains. This Supper Series dinner celebrates the region’s beloved seafood tradition in a variety of delicious ways.

The Supper Series continues with a Basque Country–inspired evening. Regional ingredients and bold Spanish flavors take center stage. Each course paired with Veritas wines.

The Supper Series concludes with a Burgundy truffle supper rooted in Italian cuisine. Enjoy an elegant, coursed dinner celebrating one of the world’s most prized ingredients, thoughtfully paired with Veritas wines.

Welcome to the Veritas Supper Series! Our annual wine-and-dinner experience has been around for four years and counting. We've had the pleasure of hosting guest chefs from around the world, working with renowned local food producers, and watching our own in-house chefs shine. We invite you to join us for the 2026 season and hope to see you at a table soon.

Each dinner in the Veritas Supper Series is styled to sweep you away to a different place and time, including your taste buds. 

From May to August 2026, dinners are $100 per person. Each dinner includes passed hors d'oeuvres, a welcome glass of sparkling wine, a family-style main course served with two wines, and dessert with a dessert wine.

The September 2026 dinner is $150 per person. It features passed hors d'oeuvres, a welcome glass of sparkling wine, and a three-course plated meal, with each course paired with Veritas wines.

Veritas Wine Club Members receive 20% off the first two tickets for each dinner. To use your discount, log in to Tock with your club email when you make your reservation.

Arrive at 6:30 p.m. to passed hors d'oeuvres, and your first glass of wine starting right at 6:30 p.m., with doors to dinner opening at 7:00 p.m.

What time should we arrive?

Will dinner be inside or outside? 

The location of dinner is determined the week of the event and is based on the weather, number of attendees, etc. In lieu of good weather the dinner might be held on our covered veranda or brick patio. In case of bad weather, the dinner will be held in our tasting room or in Saddleback Hall. 

What should we wear? 

We recommend wearing smart casual, but come as dressed up as you want. You wouldn't be the first to wear a tux or evening gown to this dinner! 

During our Supper Series events, since we are presenting a set family-style menu,  substitutions will be limited. Veritas can accommodate most restrictions: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Dietary allergy requests are due 72 hours prior to the dinner to Veritas Staff. If you have any changes or concerns, please email us at contact@veritaswines.com.
