Executive Chef Andy Shipman brings 25 years of experience and leads our in-house culinary team for events like Supper Series, Starry Nights, weddings, private events, and more.
Each menu is crafted with you in mind and the season in which we are in. Bringing in locally-sourced produce, meats, and fish, our team is committed to serving you nothing they wouldn't serve themselves. Together, they've worked in more than 10 cities, have a combined 54 years of experience, and they are ready to bring you a dining experience you won't forget for a very long time!
