Rose 2009

Rose’ is a sure sign that spring has arrived. The beautiful light color is natural and is achieved by bleeding the juice from the skins of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes after 24 hours of skin contact resulting in the deep pink color with salmon hues towards the rim. The nose is rich with berries and spice with soft floral aromas. The palate continues with fresh strawberries and cherries accented with a touch of residual sugar to help add body to the wine. Rose’ best enjoyed in its youth and is extremely versatile when paired with foods, mainly seafood or chicken dishes that have Mediterranean flair.
